Ben has more than a decade of experience covering all levels of sports, including the last four years in the Bay Area. He covered the Oakland A's for NBC Sports Bay Area from 2018-20. He previously spent four years as a sports anchor/reporter at KOLO-TV (ABC) in Reno, Nevada and two years as a sports anchor/reporter at KULR-TV (NBC) in Billings, Montana. Ben is a reporter for Bay Area Sports Wrap.
He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in mass communications. A native of Santa Monica, he has always enjoyed the ocean and outdoor activities, including hiking and skiing. Ben grew up playing tennis and basketball and recently added golf to his sports repertoire, though not at a high level! He also enjoys movies, live music, and wine country.
